Review 1:

It was a Saturday afternoon and both our bathrooms were backed up, showers and toilets! We tried but were not able to clear the blockage...I googled and chatgpt the issue and it was very apparent we were not going to clear this on our own. We called Joe Hillman and the rep was so friendly and helpful. They told me the price for the first hour, very reasonable for a weekend call and inline with what A.I. told me it would cost in SoFla. The rep was very transparent about the cost after the first hour but assured me they would do everything they could to clear it without additional cost. The plumber arrived within the hour and worked quickly, efficient and successfully to clear the clog in just under an hour! He had to get on the roof, use a power snake and a lot of finesse but he got it done! He was such a pro and very friendly! I highly recommend Joe Hillman! They get the job done and are true pros!

Review 4:

Today (Monday July 28th) I had Plumming repairs by Alex and his help, Alex was on time and nothing short of professional, on Friday he came and assess the issue, because it was a big job that included shutting off the main water supply to the building the job had to be done after the wknd. Alex explained the process entirely. At the end of the job he cleared the faucet heads in the kitchen and bathrooms for a better water flow. I was totally happy with the service that was provided. I couldn’t end the review without mentioning Jody in the office who was fantastic and professional also. Great job guys !!
