Review 2:

Customer service is absolutely pathetic. Englert changed the formulation of their touch-up paint, and it no longer matches the original factory finish on their roofing panels. My brand-new metal roof had a few minor scratches, so I purchased the touch-up paint directly from Englert in the exact same color. Unfortunately, the paint did not match the roof at all, leaving obvious stains on my metal fascia instead of repairing the scratches. Their local representative, Tony Delfino, visited the property, saw the issue firsthand, and his response was simply: "Good luck to you. There's nothing we can do. You can hire someone to paint the entire fascia if you want." Worst customer service ever, with zero accountability.
