Review 1:

Bruce and his team at Cianci Construction are top notch professionals that I would highly recommend! My husband and I had Bruce and Margie with Cianci Construction come out to our home when we were considering a fairly extensive remodel. Bruce took the time to walk through the house with us room by room, really listen to what we wanted to accomplish, talk through the different options and make suggestions on everything from materials to timelines. He helped us understand the practical side of a renovation, including the logistics of trying to live in the house while the work was being done. I truly appreciated the time he spent with us, his knowledge, and the way he approached the project without making us feel pressured. I have known Bruce both personally and professionally for several years now. He is kind, professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people he works with. Based on my experience with Bruce and the reputation he has built, I would absolutely feel comfortable recommending Cianci Construction to someone looking for a contractor.

Review 2:

Cianci Construction completed an addition to our house along with a new roof, complete exterior painting and new pool deck. The collaboration and communication between us and Bruce was outstanding and we were always aware of what was going to happen and when. He identified several issues with the existing structure and helped us to remediate them in a timely and cost effective manner. All of his subcontractors were processional and responsive. Cianci was not the cheapest option but for the service and results provided, the cost was more than fair. I would not hesitate to use them again on any construction project.

Review 3:

We hired Cianci Construction to help us remodel our home not knowing how extensive the job would end up being due to shoddy workmanship from the original builder. The home was gutted - only one original interior wall was left standing. The work quality, work ethic, communication, and attention to detail could not have been better. Bruce was onsite nearly every day during the entire process. He’s reliable, honest and an exceptional contractor.

Review 4:

Bruce Cianci of Cianci Construction is nothing short of OUTSTANDING!!! He recently completed a multiyear project of demolishing a 60 year old home and building us a new home from scratch. I had heard all the nightmares about building a home. However, our experience was a dream, culminating in our dream home. From start to finish, it was a pleasure. He did what he promised and much much more. He was always true to his word and I never felt that he did anything that bordered on self-dealing. I felt like my trusted brother was building my home. The quality of his subcontractors and his supervision of them was fantastic. I was provided with monthly statements outlining the work completed and detailed billing. There was no "wing it" type of billing. Lastly, he stands by his work even after the project was completed dealing with some small issues. I cannot recommend a finer professional.
